Information collected

When you request a home-value review, consultation, or other real-estate information, the site may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, buying or selling interests, preferences, message, and contact consent. The forms may also include the page, referring page, and campaign information associated with your visit.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your request, provide the real-estate information or service you asked for, arrange a consultation or home-value review, and contact you by the methods you authorized. The site does not currently enroll form submitters in automated marketing sequences.

Hosting, form processing, and storage

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. Verified form submissions also generate an email notification to Cheryl Busch. Information may therefore be retained in Netlify’s form system and in Cheryl’s business email records.

Analytics and campaign information

This version of the site does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising analytics. If campaign information such as a UTM source is present in a link, the site may keep it for the current browser session so it can be included with a form request. Session information is cleared by the browser when the session ends.

Sharing

Information may be shared with Cheryl Busch, Serota Real Estate LLC, and service providers that support hosting, form processing, email delivery, or a requested real-estate service, only as reasonably necessary. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights. Personal information is not sold by this website.

Third-party websites

The site links to services operated by others, including Serota Real Estate LLC’s property-search service, Zillow, Realtor.com, Freddie Mac, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Their privacy practices and content are governed by their own notices.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, meet professional or legal recordkeeping obligations, and protect the parties involved. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
